In order to increase efficiency and
eliminate schedule abuse the following policy will be put into place:
EFFECTIVE FEBRUARY 12, 2007: If you fail to
cancel your appointment within 3 hours of the scheduled time, Outer
Glow will automatically deduct 1 day or 1 session from your tanning
membership as applicable. Thank you for your business and
understanding this new and much needed policy.
